Segmented Red LED Clock: For the lovers of bizarre home adornments

If everything around your new home can be innovative and spell ‘ATTITUDE’, then why not your alarm clock? Yeah right, you’d say, as if you care about the deadline-reminding 30-second wonder. But if you check out those LED clocks up there, you might have a change in opinion. B&W Tubes Clock features those six segmented LED’s in dome-shaped bottlish structures. Sure, it has a lot of oomph, but for some reason it looks to me like some deadly destruction data reflecting on a ghostly night in blood transfusion bottles. Blame it on my imagination. However, the stainless steel and wood base save my nightmarish night. Of course, it’s not for cheap. Costing about $199, this is being offered by British Home Décor company, Posh Pad. So if you fancy early mornings, meeting deadlines and creating a really creepy, I mean, creative home, then you know where to get that added punch. (NiRa/j)
